A page with no headings is a wall of text: unscannable for a reader and structureless for anything trying to extract an answer from it.
The finding reads:
warning no-headings the page has no headings
Add a heading structure.
Collapsed when it fires template-wide. If it appears on 90% or more of the pages — or of one language version — of a site with at least 20 pages, it is a property of the template and is reported once, with the count, instead of once per page.
Suppressed on JavaScript shells. A page with no text in its source HTML would trip this check for a reason that is already reported as js-shell, and repeating it four times is not four times as informative.
